Used wind turbines

Are there people who have experience with buying and placing used wind turbines with a hub height of approximately 15-20 meters and 10-30 kW? Over here there are some farms that place small 15 kW turbines in combination with solar panels to have a more constant energy production. During summer little wind and lots of sun, but in winter the capacity of the solar panels is poor, and mostly a lot more wind. And especially during winter a lot of electricity is used for ventilating potatoes and onions etc.
www.eazwind.com has nice turbines. But I don't know where to find used turbines and or it will be a disaster with maintenance/parts etc.

The trouble is that these small turbines have a very poor record for reliability. I too would be in the market for a turbine up to 50kw. if I could find one suitable. Trouble is that owners paid big money, but without FITs they are worth very little really
