Used Wooden Pallets - Value / Markets?

I have several tenants who amass quite an amount of wooden pallets over a year. They are a nuisance to them as they don't have enough room to store them or time to sort them. I could potentially store them in the farm yard and wait until we've collected a lorry load before calling someone in. Is there a reliable market for them (someone suggested its a bit cyclical but i could wait for the 'peaks'), will they take any sizes, do they need to be sorted into same size piles, what might they be worth, how are you meant to handle the blue ones?

Thanks

Blue ones chep will normally collect especially if you have a few. Though have known them to try it on with a "rental" if you do it on a regular basis.
Remember many years back ,we had 20tn of spuds in bags on chep pallets ,,a van pulled in the yard and spotted them ,,made us of load them onto different pallets and they came back the next day to take the pallets away .
If they had not seen them the whole lot would have been on a lorry to Ireland ,,after that any blues that came in the yard got hidden or chopped up for firewood

Think got to pay to dispose off .
But lots make stuff out of them and do well selling the items on net.
Morning sticks for firewood sell well.
Good big pallets that take tonne plus worth bit - euro and small pallets just waste.
Named or coloured one's are property of said firms.
Use to be charge on returns years ago too ?

Early 90's I was truck driver and it was quite a good bonus. Used to sell pallets. £3.50 for a euro and couple of quid for normal pallets. Sorry doesn't help you.
Contractor up road has wrap delivered on new pallets, loads of them, think they just burn them

We've a company that takes them on...unfortunately they won't travel as far as you. Maybe give them a call and ask who to deal with in your area, or if an artic load is of interest to them even though further away?
