Often look at this and would like to know who or what are the robots,or who are they working for? Currently about twice as many guests(or are they lurkers) as members.Cant they be bothered to join and contribute,or are they scared of the robots?

All the online search engines like Google are constantly searching the web to be able to update their pages, these are the 'bots' or spiders.
Titles and phrases in threads here are regularly on the first page of Google within minutes if it is an active thread.

If someone searches for something on the web Ag related, because of the above, we 'Google' well, so, the likely hood of that searcher clicking a link from Google is high, they are instantly a guest.

Not sure how easy it is to join on here nowadays but there's another site I have tried to join repeatedly over the last few months that's so difficult it'd be easier to join the cosa nostra
