Using a car park to heat commercial space

Just working out the finner details of building a 30,000 ft2 commercial building, heating method is up for debate.

no natural gas so either electric or oil based. Tenant will beaying the bills but I’d like to find a sensible solution.

we have Pv on the roof, considering some sort of ASHP or GSHP hybrid.

has anyone used a tarmac car park to help capture heat? The parking is south facing so will help capture radiation as well.

if I could Pre heat the air using pipes in the car park would it be cost effective?

just booting ideas around at the moment, not done any heat calcs yet.

comments welcome!
