Where is the claptrap?
There was an NHS meltdown they haven’t dealt with much other than Covid.Without restrictions and lockdowns we'd be looking at 3-400,000 deaths and an NHS meltdown
Very true . but they only have 2 handsThere was an NHS meltdown they haven’t dealt with much other than Covid.
Oh dear, I think you have a very bad guilt complex.Your obvious incorrect assumption saying I obviously know nothing about health issues etc, in relation to my decisions / opinions.
Having seen them before Covid it didn’t need much to push them over the edge. Boris Johnson talking about protecting the NHS is complete rubbish it was already completely oversubscribed its just overlooking years of neglect.Very true . but they only have 2 hands
But that's how it's run , 86% capacity ask @JCMaloneyHaving seen them before Covid it didn’t need much to push them over the edge. Boris Johnson talking about protecting the NHS is complete rubbish it was already completely oversubscribed its just overlooking years of neglect.
Whatever the capacity the quality of service was very poor. But that's how it's run , 86% capacity ask @JCMaloney

Of course it is over subscribed because it is run by idiots. The nurses are stars, the doctors are variable and the GP practices are shot to pieces. It is laying itself open to privatisation but the privateers will demand their pound of flesh from the free wheelers that we have been paying for with our taxes.Having seen them before Covid it didn’t need much to push them over the edge. I've every sympathy with your fathers plight , sadly he was in the wrong place at the wrong time .Whatever the capacity the quality of service was very poor.
I have every sympathy as well. My own father was trapped in hospital even before covid by paperwork and bureaucracy and wasted 9 weeks of his final days in there deteriorating. However it’s their club and their rules so if you expect any help from them in the future then best do as you are told. If I refused the vaccine and ended up in Lincoln County with covid I’d feel like a Charlie of the highest order, no? I would half expect them to tell me they told me so and leave me at home to take my chance.I've every sympathy with your fathers plight , sadly he was in the wrong place at the wrong time .
My Dad went in last month , never regained consciousness , he'll never know how lucky he wasI have every sympathy as well. Sorry to hear that. It’s never a good process. I’d say he was lucky. My Dad went in last month , never regained consciousness , he'll never know how lucky he was
The NHS is overstretched every year in janFact is there were 98,000 extra deaths in the past year, many from Covid but also from delayed diagnosis and treatments. That is why every way possible is needed to control it including vaccines.
In January hospital ICUs were running at 3 times capacity so if you fell off a ladder, or needed a big operation where were you going? Your hip replacement will now be sometime in the autumn. That is the knock on effect of Covid
