I think I may have some old fullwood vanes that you could cut down.
I'll have a look tomorrow..

@Greenbeast sorry to build your hopes up, I've just turned the workshop upside down and still not found the old vanes.
What about trying a local parlour fitters? They have some old ones for cutting up, or even the correct size

Unfortunately, either the calf had it all first or she withheld, still good news and i'll keep trying

I am not sure if you sorted this out in the end but just to let you know, I have one of these pumps and its intact apart from the cover that goes over the front bearing and the air intake manifold. I have taken the vanes out and they are all in one piece so if you want the whole pump then let me know and we can sort some way of getting it to you. I dont want anything for it I just dont want it to waste away and eventually get thrown.

Thanks for the offer, i have managed to replace the two broken vanes and the pump is functioning well.
