I have been using the Agri Linc bearing hub assemblies of late but these seem to still go, are the genuine Vaddy bearings a better quality and as such last longer?

One pump might be enough for a bearing already packed with grease and doing low acres. Personally I like to see grease passing a seal and pushing dirty grease out. Here in Canada we have number one and two grease 2 for summer and one for winter use. Number one in summer is is only a bit thicker than 140 gear oil but in low maintenance applications it’s more fluid and will keep seals lubed better and easier to push past a seal without forcing them out.
Surprised the hubs aren’t filled with oil. I’ve replaced many bearing in my life but can’t remember replacing a failed one because of too much grease.

They are fully sealed bearings, you cannot grease them. the reference to grease is to lubricate a small rubber seal that sits up against the bearing to stop the ingress of dirt etc.
