Vaderstad rapid questions

What's the best age of used rapid to look for did they change the layout of the system discs to stop them pulling one way or am I wrong ?

X pattern discs and staggered packer tyres are the latest mods I believe, not sure re date mind. I have standard discs and non staggered tyres and dont have any issues unless wet when you best leave it in the shed.
Am sure some more knowledgable bod will be along shortly.
 
Always worth giving John a ring at Cambridge Farm Machinery, They are are doing these drills all the time and what he doesn't know is not worth knowing, he might have a drill he could offer you or I always find he is happy to tell you all the pro's and con's even if he does not get a deal.

I am also looking for a 4m vaderstad myself if anyone has one, year between 2000 and 2003

We've a good local dealer and the manager used to be a vaderstad man but I like to get actual user opinions as well not just sales jargon.

There was a clean 4m advertised on here a couple of weeks back that I called the guy about bit it was a straight axle and we'd want a staggered
