Our Rapid A 400s is saying on the control box Tramline Failure when it clicks round after the tramline run. The flaps seem to open and close as they should. Any ideas
Thanks

how dirty or clean are the opening that the flaps open/close into? They can become gunked up with seed dressings
also worth checking the little piece of metal that the sensor senses hasn’t become bent!

All seems ok, the first time there was a piece of straw holding it open slightly, but after removing it shut properly. Will have a look at the sensor wire.
Thanks

That's what it was on oursi think.i thought it was doing similar to what you say bu it's a couple of years ago.do the springs not just work the sensor/switch so that makes the box mess about...not sure but maybe worth a look.

Disconnect the sensors and reconnect. Clean all the actual flaps and the seats in the distribution head.
Make sure the springs are in good order. The flap only needs to be slightly out of position for it to throw up the warning.
