Ours came off David Henderson at Hexham. Top bloke and good service.
The HSL JD loaders have good crowd, the MSL ones are awful.

Crikey at first I thought that your silage bales must be very small to be able to lift 4 at a time..... I can only do that with straw
The new quicke loaders crowd is pretty much the same as MX, and better dump unless I'm mistaken. They're both in a different league compared to Deere.
@Northeastfarmer forklifts have been using electric valves for decades without bother. When was the last time you drove a tractor with lever controlled draught three point linkage?
I can remember driving ih 956's when still at school which had electric 3 point hitch valves (though the spools were levers).
Scary to think that's more than 35 years ago

Buy the bloody valtra man stick it up jd like they did the small dealers and now do the farmers , you be mad to buy jd these days they have legally price fixed their products , hit them where it hurts most buy the valtra .

Read through maybe not Nh!! I would go for valtra over an m series pauper model Deere. But I am not a John Deere fan.I think it might be worth you reading it
@Northeastfarmer for what you are wanting the tractor for I think the valtra is made for the job tbh. It will save your loadalls life especially the road tramming.

The other neighbour has a 6930 bought from ripon second hand, fitted with a quickie loader from them. Painted green with the top bard black. It looks very good.

If for any reason you don’t want all the above then buy the JD. The choice is yours.

Far from chocolate tractors. There's a mix of nh case and jd around here. The jds are the ones with the fitter vans at them the most.

Your probably right , I was comparing to valtra , which are now in a differant league for reliability .
