Valtra vs Massey Vs Fendt

Just been looking at Valtra's A series and G series and can't but help notice that there is significant similarities to Masseys 4700 series and the new 5S and it got me thinking about the structure of AGCO while I assume they will go the same way as CNH, SDF and Argo at some point it seems currently Fendt has managed to resist assimilation. As far as the 200's and 300's series go in comparison anyway.
Plus the fact they have managed to capture some equipment exclusives such as the forage wagons and the remains of challenger.
so it remains to be seen how long AGCO can run a two stream strategy and ultimately who will win at the end of the day Fendt or Massey? Not thinking too hard but I think they are the only company with a such a clear two stream approach.
I don't suppose there's anyone on the site that could shine a little on the internal structures of AGCO perhaps they are more homogenous than it appears.
Any other AGCO fanboys?
Valtra and Massey both need to copy Fendts rear pto cover cause putting a pto shaft on the 4711 my uncle has was an utter nightmare (until I removed it which in itself is dangerous but couldn't get in with my fat hands otherwise) where as on my 313 the cover folds up and out of the way so you can actually see what your doing.
Anyone else know of any other features that should be universal at AGCO?

Sorry meant 4710 it's Agco global utility range aka "cheap"
Not so sure on the latest models of fendt but the older 1s certainly had 1 of the best quality paint that iv seen so why not have that standard on the other 2
Well on my 6 year old 313 within 3 years the front grill had rusted up fendt soooo kindly changed only one section under the warranty.... The paint on the mirror stocks are off and the paint on the steps have peeled away. But the hood and main body of the tractor seems to be of good quality....
Some of the fendt idealogy is to remain as much german as possible (hence keeping the german engines )as that is the percived quality tag like with german cars
Isn't their engines made in Finland in the old sisu engine factory?

Let you into a wee secret.
The engines on the Fendt 300, Massey 5s and Vatra G are all the same.
If you get front suspension on the above again they are all the same.
If you get 6 powershift it is same on Massey and Vatra.
The cabs are different but share components.
Fendt has a different transmission and is somehow worth nearly 50 k more

The Agco Power engine is made in Finland, the smaller Fendts use them whereas the bigger ones use the Deutz engine.

But the G-series and MF equivalent engines are made in China under Agco's license.
Yeah that's not cool all engines should be made in Finland! I don't care double the factory size if needs be!
Isn't the 1050 fendt got a cat engine possibly?

Got to be a German engine apparently, that's according to the local Fendt/MF dealer. Service guy told me they really want Fendt to move away from the Deutz but HQ say no.

Well that's what I'm curious about who is making the decisions. So if Massey and fendt can resist change doesn't that massively undermine the AGCO chairman abilities to run an efficient company.
Like when they bought Lely I was sure we were getting AGCO grassland equipment instead Massey got some and fendt got some and Valtra the forgotten child didn't get a sniff in...
Just doesn't make good business every sale counts so what if you need to stick a Valtra sticker on a rake to sell it why wouldn't you?

Also the AGCO brand should use fendt green, Massey red and grey and not certainly not black
( I have a grudge against black equipment especially combines they need to be bright and easy to see not some stealth black nonsense)

The mf ideal and the gleaner combine both in black look way better than a massey red or fendt green or allis orange would ever look
