I'd like to know this as well. With the Euro currently at a very high level vs GBP I expect our BPS to be higher this year. Am I correct that the mean EUR/GBP rate in September is what is used for the exchange rate for the BPS?

Euro vs GBP has been dropping like a stone ever since 1st September!

May 2016 it was around 76p , it's roughly 90p today .

£ was worth approx 85 cents last September so roughly 5% at the moment, but still have BOE meeting to come on Thursday so £ maybe stronger after that.

BPS payments for England are set in euros and then converted into sterling. The previous year’s exchange rates for BPS were:
