Would anyone on here be prepared to value a building for me? Due to business reorganisation / partnership buy out I need to get a 120 x 60 x 22 ft with 12ft canopy on one side valued ( built 2013 )

Galv steel frame cladding to floor on one side and one end, fibre cement roof.

Cheers

Mark

Not sure if you want high or low but as other said, work out cost to replace then reduce by x %. That figures of x is up for debate but sheds never seem to fetch much as second hand, the faff dismntaling means they have to be cheap to be worth while.

A land agent may be able to give you that magic x figure....

Sheds are very difficult to value,
Had a 7 bay Dutch Barn last year to dismantle, site was going for development, so value not really an issue,
The owner was a friend, the barn had been moved previously at least once, probably circa 1960s, was offered the shed in payment for dismantling, declined, but charged around the 3k mark, including breaking out posts.
Two weeks after the job I get a phone call, someone desperate for a Dutch Barn, passed his number on, Friend manages to sell it for £6500,
Never did get an extra drink.
Ho hum, that's life,
Will contact you Mark.
