VD Carrier - CrossCutter Discs

Can you put CrossCutter Discs on a second hand VD Carrier? Also any luck applying cover crops or OSR with seeder unit on one? New seeder unit looks a fair expense to add on to one.

You can put cross cutters on no problem. We have a bio drill on ours drill osr very successfully and cover crops.

Depends how new the carrier is , think it’s after serial number 2000 they fit

Have you actually got CrossCutters on an older Carrier with no problems then, have been told they won’t go on any model pre2020

Ours is a 2018 and we where told by our main dealership they would fit no problem.

My carrier 420 is more than 10 years old. I put crosscutter discs on it 2 years ago … wish I hadn’t bothered. Can’t go fast enough without it bouncing.
