Good on them I say. At least their children won't be born into a world of malnutrition and abject misery.
Rather like the Shakers, who believed in being celebrate, so they have died out (there may be two left), not a good plan if you wish your views to continue! But as I believe Veganism to be an evolutionary dead end, I am not going to argue!
They shouldn't be allowed to breed that's for sure
I saw that earlier, getting all the Ex students fired up.I see Harper Adam’s are at it now! Student union decided to support veganuary.... then 30mims later decided it was a “poor” decision then put out a statement! FFS
It’s all about being PC and woke.... world has gone made! Have a pint/water - and a bacon sandwich/cheese sandwich and debate! We seem to have lost the ability or indeed fear/passion to do this! It’s very odd. The current student union president regularly shows dairy cows. Why would he allow Veganuary to be promoted on his watch?
Wow!!I did a quick Google search to see who owns Oatly and thought this was interesting:
How Oatly chose cash over brand
When Blackstone bought 10% of Oatly, it wasn't the first time they got a controversial shareholder. In 2016, China Resources had the same effect on consumers.sifted.eu
No. Funny that!Wow!!
Not so environmentally friendly after all!
I have asked the question of Oatly on twitter.....see what happens! No. Funny that!
Dont tell @delilah though, we should only be promoting our own produce!
Absolutely, I know someone who has done several trips to foreign hell holes with medicine san frontier and save the children where their goats and the odd cow are their staple forms of nutrition. The vegan brigade don’t seem to have any understanding that big business is behind a lot of the processed imported food they consider so “environmentally friendly“.
I shall eat meat for 2 and thus wipe out the efforts of a vegan...We all know it’s coming, and hopefully a bit dumbed down this year. So how are people planning on responding or countering the general b*ll*cks that goes with it?
We supply an online farmers market with pies, pasties, cakes, lamb, beef etc. I rather hit the roof when I read that they were asking what pies and pasties we’ll have available next week as they want to do a veganuary promotion, so in response we’re doing discounted lamb through January, even though market prices are rising.
Anybody got similar ideas or good 1 liner responses?
My stock answers are:
a) Our sheep and cattle are vegan, therefore suitable for vegan diets.
b) Sorry, we only do ethical food.
