Vehcile 4x4 / Towing

I'm new here, I run a grounds maintenance co and looking for a new 4x4, main thing is towing, I only have 6.5K-9.5K budget in the UK, and need a vehicle that towes 3t capacity (legal) whats would you recommend,.

Heard the Mk 4 ford ranger are a good bet starting point 09-12 plates as they all towe 3t...

I'm guessing that for a groundscare contractor, I assume that a pickup is the preferred vehicle. The Mk4 Ranger has a 3.0ton towing limit and tows that [and more] reasonably well. Not as well as the next generation though.
