Vensir XL 75 mg side effects

I started on the above tablet yesterday and it’s making me feel how the old tablet from during the week did, dizzy and drowsy, but the old tablet also affected my water works, it’s went away partially before i stopped but today while on new tablet the issues are back again. Does anyone know if the above tablet affects water works to ?

Side effects listed in the spc online under urogenital. Rare but can happen
