I've got a couple of IP 10s on demo at the moment and quite like them. I think they're a better fit for my cows than my Waikato ones.

We had a couple of the interpuls clusters on trial but there was a lot of liner slip.

How, bacto is cleanliness. As soon as ours shifts it’s always plant not clean somewhere.

Been demoing milkrite triangular rubber vented on the bots for 6 months

Milk speed slightly increased, no bleed hole blocked alarms, need changing more regularly than silicone oh and atm they're foc
How many milkings to a liner change do you estimate?

Recommended 2500, we have run them to 3/3500. When I had covid we ran to 5000 but milk speed slowed on that bot

One farm where i milk have been using triangular liners for 11 years now. Absolutely fantastic. Teat end condition has been better. Cow's don't kick as they feel more comfortable. Less mastitis.
Another farm where i milk have just converted to triangular liners 6 months ago. Used to have some real good kicking off units cow's there. But they have stopped kicking. Less mastitis so far.
Didn’t know you could get triangular liners for the robot's @pappuller.

They are actually not robot liners, they are standard liners

Our bacto scans are 95% of the time to do with cows not plant !!

Generally, we don’t knowingly do anything specific to keep our bacto low, but the water coming out the tap for the hot wash is always 90degC morning and night. Appart from the one mega spike when I think the tanker driver must have sat the sample on a radiator, most of the others are something not washing properly.
when you say itsthe cows, is that dirty udders and not wiping, or a case of bad mastitis?

It’s generally cows with no sign of mastitis or high cell counts and again nothing to do with cleanliness. In some cases it can be damage to the rear or surrounding skin, others we’ve only found when drying them off or culling.
Single biggest influence on our bacto though is time it takes for sample to be processed.
