Versatile tine/disc cultivator advice

Hi I’m well aware of the likes of sumo trio, weaving sub disc etc but which make of the many could be used just as a disc/press (tines removes) machine for shallow destruction of tall thick game covers and then as tines/press (discs removed) for proper subsoiling?

I don’t want to use the disc/tine option together as that kind of mixing is what BG loves.

I’m looking at either or but it one machine instead of buying two. I’m no engineer but thinking something that is a tine bar which has discs/press hung of the tine bars 3point linkage would be better than something that has everything incorporated into one frame? Not sure the discs would penetrate without the legs in??

I've tried our trio recently without the legs to incorporate pea haulm as I couldn't get going for it wrapping round the legs but the discs don't really do much unless the legs have loosened it first
