Vicon RF125

The RF 125-OC14 has a 14 knife chopper, the RF 125R doesn't, but still has the rotor. No minimum power requirement in the operators manual but I baled bits with 80hp in front of our 130 back in the day, just wouldn't want to be doing it all day every day. The 125 only has 14, fairly large diameter rollers and 4 tine bars in the pick up. If it was me, I'd be looking for a 130, 135, 235 or 2235 with 18 rollers, 5 tine bar pick up and generally heavier duty build all round.

My first baler was the "Greenland" that became the vicon.

Pickup reel and chopper knife unit from a pottinger forage wagon. Rollers running on sealed, self disintegrating bearings. Block the intake and you spent a happy hour cutting and pulling out grass before giving in and removing the feed comb.

With 100hp up front, it made a lovely bale compared to a claas 46, but there wasn't much in it compared to today's balers!
There's one of those in my local scrap sale if you're missing it

No bids on it yet!
