Vintage Ferguson Plough

Hi again

|I am working on this vintage Ferguson Plough and I am starting at the back and working forward so, I have the furrow wheel assembly of and knocked out one needle roller bearing, there appears to be the remains of another bearing behind the first one.
Is this correct as I cannot find any exploded diagrams .
I see the repair kit contains 2 needle roller bearing and an oil seal.
My reasoning is one would normally have a bearing each end of the shaft but that does no appear to be the case in this instance.

Thanks
Tony

Thanks tomlad I have managed to download a copy of the AO Parts Book and yes 2 sets of needle bearings abutting each other.

Now I need to find a company that do spray welding to build up the journals.

I got a new metal wheel with the plough and thats is where my problems began LOL.
I started the strip down and found 1 bearing had completely disintegrated and the other was unrecognizable as a bearing as it was packed with soil.
I now have managed to get the outer bearing out but now need to get the local machine shop to set it up in the mill and remove the bits of the other bearing casing.

Blimey.Just looking at the prices people want for parts for this.
If those prices are realistic I could break this for spares and be in profit after just selling the Coulter Assembly LOL
