Can’t get data or calls when on 4g but when I switch it off it works fine on 3g. Anyone else have this problem?

Been like it for about a week now. Mast is 4g

Reboot phone and then try a new sim after a call to Voda.

We left Vodafone for this reason, local masts used to drop out for weeks at a time and they refused to acknowledge it. No calls at all.
Had no problems since switched to EE.
