What’s the fuel line condition from lift pump? They may have become porous and letting air in.Turns out it's not fixed issue seams related to direction its parked
Lift pump would be the next suspect, if it’s losing its prime and the pipes, fittings and filters are all kosherHand priming still makes it go. Pipes are all good
Yes It will be a green painted Deutz 4-cylinder in the Volvo but will be labelled up as a Volvo D unit.I expect the lift pump is ran off the fan belt same as the Fendt tractors?
Does the same when fullIs it still bad to start when the fuel tank is full? In theory the fuel level should be higher than the engine and it shouldn’t run back to tank.

2006 looks like something is draining the filter on the engineIt cuts the fuel off when you turn the ignition off, what age is the machine?
