Wehey !! Best get looking at that list again

I did ask about anyone that had less than £3k left to take up. Emails were dispatched to head office and a reply was received in minutes, much to my surprise. You would still have to spend the minimum of £7500, reclaim the £3k (40%) then repay the difference between the £3k and whatever your unclaimed grant was up to the £12k. I'll pass then thanks.

@neilo - are no till drills not allowed in this round?

Sorry, I haven’t looked since applying so it may have changed.:scratchhead:
Then, you could claim on a drill that was ‘capable of slot seeding grass and clover’, which is a nice vague description (as most of the eligibility specs are) and which would encompass most no till drills.

Is that an office worker's description of a grass Harrow with seeder,or a Guttler type.Might be worth an email to them to check before you give up hope

Went to a rural hub meeting today.
Looks like those of us over the border and not already in a Leader group, ie us, are soon to get a crack at these sort of grants.
40% up to £30k, so £12k grant . Min £7500 .
On things like livestock handling , no till drills etc.
