no not really maybe not look big to you guys because you have so much of it. but to me that is big
I don't think you've thought this through or you are not being quite honest, you not even stated where you want this land for dumping a couple of cars and other items which makes me think you are just looking for a patch of land anywhere to set up an illegal home on , you`ll have to try harder if you think you can pull the wool over peoples eyes here.

This website must see posts such as yours about once a week and usually contain about as much unhelpful detail as yours, hence the - to you probably unhelpful replies.

If you are really serious about buying an acre (ish) of land you might start by giving a location where you’d like the land to be, also if it’s ‘just’ to store a couple of vehicles and a few other things there are far more economic alternatives - there are places that offer storage rental

No i being honest i am as honest as a days long i have served on jury service. I am looking 50 miles radious of bristol. it my campervan i want to store mainly as trying to park that near the city centre where i live is very difficult and i promise i am not looking to live in it. I also have a lot of stuff making it hard to move around my house. I still have stuff that i had from my father when he passed

1 1/2 acre field with zero hope of planning ,with a uplift clause on it in our village with roadside access,is priced reasonably at 50 grand

You really need to step back and think about what you are suggesting, you can’t just cut off part of a field and sell it, well you can but the practicality’s of it make it a non starter, unless someone has an irregular field they want to move on a corner at a healthy profit. Dividing a filed into a number of individual lots to sell off would be a nightmare - just think about access. Additionally, a major problem would be you would, I think be changing the use of the land. A nice green field suddenly sprouting a couple of vehicles long term and what? A shed or container for your other kit ? would have everyone complaining to the local council double quick.

You would be better posting and asking if anyone has part of a barn or a shed they might be prepared to rent

acre of land you most probably make over 10 plots at 10 grand each so you would get more money then if you sold it as a field
I’m not a greedy man, tell you what I’ll sell you my acre for £75,000 and you can divide it up how ever you like… 5 miles from Bristol so would be brilliant for you 😀 my Saudi Prince uncle when he died said too sell it off too somebody who would use the land better than I am 😀

Your best bet would be save up and buy a farm, fence off your plot and sell the rest of it off again.... Can only sell land once and it may mean a large capital gains tax bill for the seller so land owners are always reluctant sellers. Your plot is out there somewhere but it will not be easy to find.
