Wanted: Flail mower

[New Puritan]

I need a new-to-me flail mower. Probably 2.5ish meters wide or thereabouts - suitable for a 90hp tractor.

It doesn't need to be amazing and will not have loads to do, but it does need to be in working order.

I'm on the Kent / Sussex border, I'd prefer not to have to travel miles away to look at anything if possible.

Anyone got anything like that? Thank you...

It's a shame you are so far away @Dave W. Just the concept that you put stuff through your workshop prior to selling it is revolutionary, compared to the dealers round here.

There's something particularly galling about seeing equipment for sale by a dealer, where the photo is of said item sitting in an auction field described as "good condition" when you can see through the rust holes...

Hello @Dave W - thanks for the reminder. I'm still waiting to hear back from someone as to whether my old mower is repairable - it needs a fair bit of welding - I've chased him but he's got a backlog apparently...

Cracked frame etc is usually a sign of vibration.
