A 1455xl is most certainly a classic, prices creeping up big time as of late.

I think the Neuss 1455 continued to late '96 a bit anomalous but possibly because Case IH had a gap between the Maxxum and Magnum. The 844 and 856 also continued to `96 and were built in Doncaster from '91.

I did wonder about the 844,i know 956/1056 finished in 93.We had one of the very last 856XL on a P reg,now replaced by a Maxxum,dad would buy a 1056 if he could find one.

No they soldiered onto late 96. The last of them can be identified by silver decals and the name was changed from Case International to just Case IH.

I done some hours in one of these, by the way is that guidance receiver on the sun roof.

The later 10,s had ac as standard i think, there was not much between them.

No turbo as std on the 1056,just a tweeked fuel pump as I understand. A/c and 40k box std on 1056 after 1988 or thereabouts,optional extras on the 956.
