Wanted land

Hi all, I am looking for a plot of land around 3+ acres, for chickens and growing vegetables, fairly new to farming, if anyone knows of any available or put me in the right direction, there is an incentive in it for them as I have been looking for a while, thanks Rafael

How much you offering? I’ll help you out if the incentive is a good one
Guessing it doesn’t matter where it is ‘cos he will bring his own wheeled accommodation 🥴🤦🏻‍♂️
well how else would I be able to keep animals and land safe? If I could not be able to stay there? Also if I had employees they would need a place to stay warm and dry from bad weather conditions, also for first aid and a place to eat you need a building/Wheeled accommodation

Could you elaborate on what insentive you offer? Must be a good one since you can afford too have an employee off the back of 3 acres you must have a good business plan 🥰😱

Hi, I have dogs I also breed which are some of the best dogs from around the world, I also do dog protection training, fitness etc, so having an employee to help out or volunteers is needed

bluntly living in your carvan has 2 issues, one the council will reorganise your toileting abilities via the planning system if you do without planning permission and 3 acres is a tiny too small area to justify living on the land - talk 300 acres and youll still have a fight but might pull it off.
second of all I absolutely wouldnt sell land to someone putting dogs or wanting to live on it, dogs = sheep problems and people = neighbours. If I sell land it goes with a covenant, no equestrian use, no non agricultural and no house.

for 3 acres expect 50k +

Hi thanks for your reply, a couple of my friends have done it where they have put there livestock on the land and a temporary caravan to stay there, the way they have got around the council is by not having anywhere else to live and needing to live on site to protect the animals and business etc, with my dogs they would be in a secure space not let to run free, and always supervised, I have a viewing with a farmer end of week on some land, yes that price sounds about right although I have seen £10-12k per acre

in which case theyre either talking 50 acres of more and living for 28 days a year, lying or just waiting for the council to catch on.

Try it,

But 3 acres is so small you wont get away with it,
