Seeing lots of large "bumblers" this year, despite the badgers, the wet winter and 'environmentalists' saying we are all the 'destroyers of worlds'.

I hate wasps. Hateful things.

Bloody great European hornet flew in the bedroom the other day. I wondered what the hell was going on as it batted against the window trying to get out again. It was huge and red and angry looking so I knew it was a European one.

Bees, bumblers and the like I am pleased to see and would never disturb or kill.
