Waste oil collection.

Where do people send there waste oil and filters to. We have had 1 price back so far and I think it would be cheaper to throw it in the river and pay the fine.

Going back a few years they would pay you for it,put filters in domestic waste one at a time.

It's gone a bit past that now I've got 2 40 gal drums full of filters and 3 or 4 40 gal drums of oil.

I use lincs waste oils and its £50 for any amount,took about 2000litres last time still £50

we **used** to burn the old filters in the workshop fire and put the metal in the scrap bin !!

incidentally scrap price is going up

just had a collection last week. Used oil salvage from liverpool and it was £45+vat for 3 drums( 600 litres) of old oil

If you find anyone reasonable and need more to make up a trip I got 3x 40 gallon drums here

Oil salvage took 1000l for £85.00 we put filters in with scrap no problem

Go to oil salvage. But you will have to empty them filters in to one of there wheelie bins but you can stack them in and or crush them if you want doesn't change the price.
