Why won't the local tip take it ?
Surely the local councils are there to make Recycling work not just ignore it.
This is the problem. If the local tip won't take it, then what do people do but fly tip it?
I would say go through the bags, remove all the timber and nails/screws from it, then throw it all under the nearest dung heap and let it rot down and spread it in the autumn. It's only paper and gypsum at the end of the day.
Nothing but plasterboard in these bags, wood and anything with a nail/screw in it went to the tip as we went through the job thankfully
You keep giving my answersScatter it on outdoor muckheap, push muckheap up with loader twice.
If there's nothing nasty in it break up a bit and chuck in a shed of cattle or mix in the muck heap
Now then, is there not something fishy to be wary of putting it in among cattle?
Gypsum + urine = ??

I was wanting to take something to my local recycling centre, looked on line, I have to book an appointment and take proof of my address/identification with me (according to the website), I have a feeling all this is due to Covid? Funny that throughout Covid the supermarkets managed to stay open with out having to pre book or take identification. Of course they are there to sell and make money, council are there to support the jobs of the council workers! Is it any wonder that there are problems with fly tipping!
wasn't trade, was private stuff.Trade can bloody well pay for their waste disposal.
I don't want to pay my council tax for disposal of some waste gathered by 'man with van's.
