Is that legal ? In the covid day and age the surfaces dont exactly look wipable and hygenic ?
Do you really think there should be a law against wooden composing toilets?
Seems far more sensible than using treated clean water to flush waste away. And the obsession with totally sanitised sterile chemically treated environments has probably contributed to higher death rolls from diseases like covid as people's immune systems cannot cope with a dose of the virus. Numerous studies have shown that exposure to bacteria, dirt etc is necessary for a healthy immune system.
Edit : Just got an email from SE Water saying excessive demand for water in this hot weather has left some households with cut off supply, and urging me not to waste water. With a massively growing population in the SE its fairly easy to see that water shortages will only increase. More people need to use compost loos, using clean water for waste disposal is stupid.
