Wasted woodland? Unusable Land?

I help run a trials club in the North/mid Kent area, are there any landowners that would like to earn some beer money for land that can't be farmed or isn't worth farming, for example on bits of woodland around the edges of fields?
We obtain all the applicable permits and insurances needed to run events.
Your welcome to come to an event to see what we do 😊

Oh. I was assuming motorbike trials. Ie the ones you stand up on and go slowly over rocks and stuff without putting your feet down

you have given me an idea 💡!!

Yes this is motorbike trials! Going slowly up and over rocks and logs etc.
Size of land kind of depends on how hilly it is etc and how many 'sections' we could set up, venues in use at the moment and by other clubs range from 3 acres to 80 acres, whatever we can get permission to use basically!. The biggest stumbling block would most likely be parking I guess 🤔
