Does anyone use a pump drinker for cattle to lift their own water from stream? Found a few online, can anyone recommend any? Any pics of setup?

What brand did you go with?Yes I do this. Got a frame made and have 2 mounted on it for moving with the cattle. Just prime it with water a few times in the beginning and they soon learn where the water is and off each other on how it works
Yes, narrow stream and steep, also if I dug out for them to do that, they could wander down the stream and go into neighbour's field. What's the rationale for not letting the cattle drink out the stream? Steep banks?
We usually let 'em drink out the river, nothing to go wrong then...

We'd a couple like this on some land away from home, did about 25 years without bother, just need to keep clearing the filter now and then.
We'd two keeping 40 cows happy enough, usually yet to calve where these were. So I can't help with the age bit.just came across this thread...
Could anyone help me out... what age of calf would cope with using a nose pump? And how many head of calves or adult cattle would one pump service?
And any other tips / stories / experiences! Thanks.
