Watering sheep in pens

What kinda systems do other folk have, l have a shed with about 60 pens round the outside, but everyone needs a pale of water taken to them, it's alot of work, put what other ways are they, can't be rown pipe with water running. Used to have an old guy did it but he's sadly no long here.

As ne says @Gator has a very good system.

May be a wee bowser on the bike with a big long pipe and fill the pales like that, instead of all this carrying back and forth.

I've seen guys with 4" sewer pipe, level, along the length of the row of pens with sections cut off the top of the pipe to allow the ewes access to the water. Filled once a day while other jobs being done.

If you get a Fabbl inspection you fail if any ewe does not have water in its bucket. You need to take a photo of a bucket with water and send it to them

We have a long yellow rubber hose 100ft long with gun on the end, water allot of pens in a short time if you have plenty of pressure. Kids love the job ?
