The postage refund has shown up in the bNk account but still no sign of the trousers.

Monday I’ll be calling again and getting a refund of the balance.

How are the sizing on the kiawaka trousers? I’m a 36r, what size should I order?

There is a size guide on the kiwikit website. I found it fairly accurate.

Very poor service. I would go to your nearest stockists to try some on

think the guy really needs to get to grips with his communication and delivery issues, betacraft are a good product at a good price .and those that have will agree .but he is letting himself down with these issues which is a big shame

Anybody got Guy cotten pouldo trousers? Any good?

Got them, excellent pants and very hard wearing it would seem. Had them on everyday for 3/4 weeks now and as to be expected a little sweaty as fully sealed also a little restrictive. Good waist band that doesn't curl up like in the Flexos it's actually stitched in.

BIGGEST plus, they don't smell like manky old cat pee :ROFLMAO:

Just managed to get through to the guy. To take him at his word they outsourced their order processing and packaging, but for whatever reason nothing has been sent out. He sounded very apologetic and pretty stressed, but has taken processing back in hand and will honour orders or refund (if you can get hold of him!). Promising delivery next week so I'll give him benefit of the doubt and hold on til then.
