Legs the same or 2" longer and the best pair of waterproof trousers available awaits you on eBay
Well it has been a tad wet here over the last day or so and I've used the Kaiwakas for work ranging from an easy walk to heavy lifting and digging. They are 100% waterproof, with no water penetration or ingress at all. They are very comfortable and the hood - I'm not really a fan of hoods - is very well tailored to fit and not blow around or let water run down your face. I like the two easy access pockets on the parka and the 'belt' rather than 'draw-cord' on the trousers. Breathability is as good as anything else I have used, but I can't say it's better - more experience may change my opinion. If this kit retains its waterproofing, as it is supposed to just by washing, I will be very happy.I used all the available goretex when I was in the Army and as surplus since leaving and, if you can get it cheap enough, it's alright. But... I've just been using my Kaiwaka stormforce kit for the first time today and it is very, very good. It breathes well and is comfortable. If it is as tough as it seems and has a reputation for being it is a winner - also doesn't need to be reproofed ever, which is a definite plus for me.
Jack Pyke?I have some over trousers that were borrowed from the USMC. They have good pocket slits, big thigh pockets and calf zips so you can put on without taking your boots off. Completely waterproof and hard wearing.

I also have a matching set of over trousers and jacket, similar to realtree but I forget the brand.
For non-cammo situations I also have a matrix bib & brace and jacket set, which is very warm and very dry in the worst wind and rain. Bought it specifically for Norway in February.
Bib & brace is the best for keeping draughts out if you're bending down all the time.
Hands up everyone with a 28" waist
