With the cows!
Go on holiday.
Thanks I’ll have a lookhave you had a look at the farming connect joint venture opportunities? There might be some dairy farms on there
Interesting thoughts thanks, land isn’t too cheap around here!!You've got the wrong end of my stick, the OP says he owns a house with very little left on the loan with some cash in the bank, I would suggest looking out for an existing , if run down steading and say 20 to 50 acres ( I don't know the land market in the OP's area) and look at putting 50 to 100 cows on rather than being transfixed by the 'it has to be 250 plus grazing in the spring' fixation . He could possibly consider robots and keeping his current job or a milking only employee for the new enterprise and doing the same.
I would advise against selling or mortgaging assets to go farming in a rented situation but I do see the attraction.

No, and that is the bit that needs alot of thought (like what do you think the value of land is going to do) but the same applies to rents.Interesting thoughts thanks, land isn’t too cheap around here!!
Think that might be a bit out of my league to start!!

LoadsThat’s mad will they get many takers ?
Sold on England Tb valuation. So at a guess, they will average 900 quidThe tb gamble is huge.
Whats the welsh value of pedigree tb cows?
If the agreement to buy the cows isnt reciprocal at the end then all profits made over 10 years could be completely lost if your forced to dispose cows to slaughter
'No break clauses' is a condition that stands out, in other words you have it for ten years whether you can make a go of it or not, I would want break clauses my way. That’s mad will they get many takers ?
