My wife has an intolerance to dairy products and won't eat meat (except that which we produce & possibly other local producers) for ethical reasons. She is not a vegan. I'll split your two comments into two as you have done. Vegans can do what they want and that is fine. The tiny minority that you dismiss may include my wife?
That tiny minority interestingly keep a lifestyle shop going full time in out local town, in turn this shop keeps the high-street busy so much so that an organic vegetable shop has now opened to compliment this fabulous 'lifestyle shop'. I have watched this growth for nearly twelve years.........Other high streets are dying, ours isn't, it is thriving!
