thanks for asking honeyend me and my brother have to be from here by Jan 17 unless something can be done our pets are still here with us we have been here 55 years and I am thinking the only way I will go from here is in a box

How can they make you move if it' an aha? I'd the land was in agricultural condition then stocking level is irrelevant. Have you had a solicitor look over it? It sounds like an illegal evicaion to get you off an aha as they restrict what the council can do and most councils go to great illegal lengths to get people on an fbt or gone so they can sell the land and farm buildins
