Have tried speaking to your MP?
Not necessarily!I’m not saying you do, but if your doctor thinks you would benefit from mental health treatment you would be best to do as they say.
I have not contacted TFA yet
First ... thanks for all replies and advice
We should have been from here by now but are still here and at the moment all is quiet
I have not contacted TFA yet , I have seen the local GP and explained details to him but he knew everything that happened , he told me that he would contact the landlord and I believe that is why we are still here but it cannot go on indefinitely but I have reached the stage where if a suitable property is available myself and my brother would be happy to go. I have been told that doctors do carry a lot of authority
As I have said all this is happening because the neighbour on one side
reported is but the neighbour on the other side who we have had nothing to do with for many years who was also involved in our eviction has suddenly become very sociable as you can guess they are only nosey wanting to know what is happening but I tell them nothing
Why havent you spoken to tfa?First ... thanks for all replies and advice

I have been watching this thread for a while and have thought that for a while too.Something smells of sh!t here
Each one to their own.I know but this guy says he has something like 30 acres. Why does he need to keep buying tracklayers?
FfsI guess it depends if he is running a scrap and machinery repair shop on a farm which is supposed to be a livestock farm. There's probably plenty in the tenancy agreement about it. Understocking was perhaps code for "you aren't actually doing any farming here".
It all depends on the landlord. We have all had that Arse of a landlord that nothing is ever right for them, I lost a bit of land recently which annoyed me at first but looking back the man that owned it was a drain on me always ringing and moaning. At the end of the day the landlord owns the property and people do forget that you either work with the landlord to what they want or you move on.
They can be as bad as anyone depends what’s in the pipeline for the farm etcThe OPs landlord is the Council, its a Council Farm.
This makes no sense now. Have some posts vanished?
