Weaning sale lambs.

I’m planning to sell a bunch of store lambs in 4 days time, but when is the best time to wean?
I was through one mob today and left the sale lambs with their mothers, rest of the lambs trailered away.
It would make life much easier if the lambs were lotted and running on their own but don’t want them looking empty and dry for the sale

run them of on the day of the sale get then tagged read and ready before hand thats what i do until i spain them

I drew my stores the day before. Took them off their mothers and kept them overnight in an enclosure with grass/weeds, hay to nibble and plenty water.

Couldn't do that with fat lambs but stores are fine
