Weanling Scouring and drooling

Neighbours weanling bulls 10mths old recently started Scouring, they are on good grass and getting a few kg of meal.
Some have a bloody diahorrea that is fairly smelly, also some are drooling from the mouth. Vet was unsure so the are on marbocyl . They are off form and have gone back in condition but still lively enough, the first one that was treated is nearly ok. Any ideas, thanks for reading.

It’s passed via the sh!t...to be honest they are getting a bit old for it to be cocci but it’s the classic symptom as you describe
