Wearing Pads For Albutt Shear Buckets

Told each wearing pad is £73 - seems a lot of money.

Anyone know of a cheaper source/way of protecting the bucket?

bottom of the back corner on some buckets have 300 x 150x 20mm of leading edge upside down
full with width of our push off have leading edge all the way across

Is the bucket any good at cutting out grass silage? We’ve got hardox tines on shear grab but disappointed by the dribble of silage to the feeder
