The weather is heading for some changes over the coming week or two. Colder at the end of this week with a risk of snow flurries, but then becoming milder next week as the wind changes direction.

At last. Thank you Simon. I must confess that i had given up watching any forecasts for the last 6 months but i had a little peek today! your catch line isn't half as annoying when the sun's shining!! I spread a cwt of urea on my grass yesterday so that milder weather will be ideal next week. Just need to find somewhere to empty the slurry pit now.

Just a return to "normal" would be nice. If I dont hear the words "jet stream unseasonably low", or "localized torrential downpours" again it will be too soon.

Surprising how much better the world looks with some sunshine about.

These last few days of fine, sunny weather have really dried up the ground. Not that I dare drive on it but at least I can walk on it!!!

Great to see you on here Simon and thanks for all your forecasts. I cut my haylage going by your info last summer and could not have timed it better.Turned out perfect in a very dodgy year.
