Weather station recommendations

I'm looking to buy weather station in the next few weeks and wondered if anybody could point me in the right direction.

I've applied for, and been accepted for a grant under CPSG and to comply it must measure and record the following: pressure, temp, humidity, rainfall, wind speed and direction, solar radiation, UV levels, soil moisture and soil temperature.

I've found a couple of suppliers which I think would fit the bill and another who could 'build ' a weather station using components from 3rd party suppliers.

I'm looking for something that is accessible from a smart phone remotely, is reliable and hopefully gives years of service. Below are links of possible contenders. Comments and advice welcome

I'm also looking for one. I've looked at sencrop but they don't do uv, but the bloke at agri tech said that the uv sensor is a fair bit of money and he can't really understand the point of it. Anyone got one without uv on grant scheme?
