Weather: Wednesday's Look Ahead - Summer 2013 latest thoughts

Hi,

A special Look Ahead video for you today in which I show you my latest thoughts for summer 2013.

You can watch the video now at http://www.weatherweb.net/wxwebtv2.php

This was the guidance first issued to private clients a couple of weeks ago, but see what you make of it. The guidance constantly evolves, but it is still broadly in line with expectations.

See what you think!

Keep the sun shining!

Thanks again Simon for the detailed forecasts you produce (although I know this was 'GUIDANCE' and subject to 'CHANGE'.) You use the word normal alot! I take it normal means average, given that we have had a couple of 'NON-NORMAL' summers in the past few years I think I've forgotten what average is!!

So for myself in the middle of the country, below normal rainfall for summer albeit likely to increase just in time for harvest. Normal sunshine and just above normal temperatures.

Nothing here apart from a few light showers, we could do with an inch to have any sort of harvest otherwise it will be worse than 2011 and 2012
