• Jane Hill, Saffery Champness shows how to avoid the tax pitfalls. She navigates the issues around inheritance and capital gains tax which are important to get right in succession planning with legislation tightening up.
• David Fursdon provides a personal insight on attracting a ‘young succession’ from outside the family
