Weed Control in Olive Orchards Spain

Ihave 400 olive trees in southern Spain. I have extremely furtile soil with an abundance of water.

My big problem is weed control during the months of Feb, March, April and May.

I was wondering if anyone has used yellow clover as a weed control and if so how effective is it.

Any help would be appreciated. Sarah.
