Week old lamb with unstable hip joint

I have a week old lamb with an unstable R hip joint. She also knuckled over on both fronts which have been splinted and are now fine. She is a strong healthy lamb but the R hip just appears to collapse allowing the hind leg to addict and flex so the lamb rotates and ends up on her side. She is managing to feed quite well. I’ve tried all sorts of splints and bandaging around the pelvis and down around the joint but no luck. The R hip feels more prominent but I can flex and extend it so don’t think it’s dislocated. She’s a strong lamb but I can’t let her carry on like this as it’s unfair on her. Has anyone had this before and had any luck with splinting and if so, how did you do it?
Thank you.

Is it swayback?

No - she was born like it. My initial instinct was that she had been in an awkward position in the womb. I splinted it ( had success with this previously ) but the problem seems to be higher up and I think the leg is slightly shorter.
